It is all about ministry! 

Mt 7:22-23 ( NIV ) Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

Serving – The Second Commandment

Mt 25:31- 36 (NKJV) When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him , He will sit on the throne of His glory. ….. Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:  for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’

Doing Business (AKA the Parable of the Minas )

Lk 19:11-19   ( NKJV ) Now as they heard these things, He spoke another parable, because He was near Jerusalem and because they thought the kingdom of God would appear immediately. Therefore He said: “A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom and to return.  So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, ‘ Do business till I come .’  ….

“And so it was that when he returned, having received the kingdom, he then commanded these servants, to whom he had given the money, to be called to him, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading .  Then came the first, saying, ‘Master, your mina has earned ten minas.’ And he said to him, ‘Well done, good servant; because you were faithful in a very little, have authority over ten cities .’ And the second came, saying, ‘Master, your mina has earned five minas.’ Likewise he said to him, ‘ You also be over five cities .’”

Corruptible putting on Incorruptible

1 Cor 15:50-53 ( NKJV )  Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption .

Behold , I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed – in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible , and we shall be changed.

For this corruptible must put on incorruption , and this mortal must put on immortality .
